About the Role
A dynamic and growing organization is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy, menu development, and commercial decision‑making across multiple business lines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pricing structures are competitive, financially sound, and aligned with both client expectations and internal profitability objectives.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into accurate pricing models and actionable insights. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Operations teams while supporting pricing governance across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized pricing build‑up templates aligned with financial models, operational workflows, and contractual requirements
- Manage and maintain pricing data across ERP platforms, client interfaces, and internal pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Prepare, analyse, and present data‑driven pricing proposals and reports to support commercial strategies and client presentations
- Conduct routine pricing audits and reconciliations to verify correct billing and compliance with contractual and financial standards
- Implement scheduled and ad‑hoc pricing adjustments in line with contracts, market conditions, and margin strategies
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Operations teams to interpret, document, and enforce pricing terms accurately
- Engage cross‑functional and regional stakeholders, including master data and head office teams, to support pricing processes and system enhancements
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and cost drivers to identify pricing risks, opportunities, and standardisation improvements
- Support pricing for new business initiatives, services, and operational units, ensuring scalable and financially viable solutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in pricing, finance, data analytics, or business operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial models
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Data analysis and financial modelling
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), pricing platforms, or airline information systems
- Working knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong business acumen, including pricing strategy, cost structures, and margin analysis
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally across regions and departments
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

JOB 2 - Finance Analyst
Our client is seeking to hire a Finance Analyst for their Piarco location.
Job Summary
A highly skilled Finance Analyst to support the Finance Manager in delivering timely, accurate financial information and analysis to guide the Executive Management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and audit functions, contributing to the company’s strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting:
- Assist month-end close processes per company guidelines.
- Prepare Management Accounts Package (by 8th of each month) and other financial reports (by 10th).
- Perform detailed variance analysis and comprehensive business analysis by product, business line, and customer.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Prepare annual and half-year budgets.
- Monitor and report monthly performance against budget for revenue, expenses, and capex.
- Update cash flow forecasts and circulate daily cash positions.
- Formulate cost-saving strategies for management implementation.
- Reconciliation:
- Prepare and review month-end schedules and ensure reconciliations are updated and cleared.
- Statutory & Audit Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and payments.
- Address management letter points and prepare audit reports.
- Conduct weekly/monthly audits of financial controls and update company policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Pricing and Costing:
- Support pricing functions, including scenarios for new/existing clients and maintaining the Master Price List.
- Analyze revenue against costing and deliveries.
- Intercompany Management:
- Approve intercompany invoices, reconciliations, and confirmations.
- Records Management & Supervision:
- Maintain all departmental documents.
- Supervise and support Accounting Officers in achieving departmental goals.
- Prepare, review, and post journals as required.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure employee safety, enforce HACCP, Food Safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Additional Functions:
- Provide backup support for senior finance team members, including the Finance Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Financial degree or ACCA completion; MBA is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong audit experience and knowledge of accounts, reconciliations, taxation, and financial statement preparation.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset.
- Good working knowledge of International Accounting Standards.
