Alliance Financial Services Limited a member of the Sagicor Group is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Alliance Accounts team in the capacity of:

Accounting Assistant (3-Month Contract)

Assist the Finance team in completing bank reconciliations, audit schedules and entering financial data in Sage accounting software.

Location: Kingston

As an Accounting Assistant, you will:

• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare year end audit schedules.
• Enter financial data in sage as required.
• Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
• Knowledge in intermediate accounting.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Knowledge in preparing bank reconciliations and resolving issues.
