We are looking for an Accountant who is passionate about financial excellence and driven by purpose .
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
* Develop financial projections, forecasting, and budgeting models
* Monitor cash flow and support strategic financial planning
* Manage payroll processing accurately and on schedule
* Track expenses and ensure financial accountability across departments
* Support leadership with financial analysis for operational and growth decisions
* Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
* Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
* Ensuring that all taxes are paid timely together with filing of the necessary statutory returns
* Coaching of team members
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* ACCA Level II/III or equivalent is an asset
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Experience with payroll systems and financial reporting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* High attention to detail and integrity
