Account's Assistant, with additional Office Administrative duties.

  • Liaise with Accountant as required to ensure accuracy of data in Quickbooks.
  • Data entry and running reports for Quickbooks, Dac Easy and Quicken.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to obtain invoices and payments.
  • Assissting with filing original invoices
  • Reconciliations of accounts
  • Assist Sales Representatives with their accounts receivable.

  • Write company letters when needed
  • Process salaries through Micropay 
  • Manage the daily log of employees on their attendance sheet
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
