MC Systems is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow revenue, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities through consultative selling.
What You’ll Do
Sales Growth & Revenue
- Achieve revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Cross-sell and upsell solutions within assigned accounts
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while protecting the company’s reputation
Planning & Business Development
- Prepare account plans for key clients
- Deliver sales presentations with internal subject matter experts
- Develop complete client proposals with support from technical and project teams
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales activity logs
- Prepare consistent and reliable sales forecasts
- Manage manual and electronic files effectively
What Success Looks Like
- Monthly sales targets achieved or exceeded
- Healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities maintained
- Forecast accuracy consistently above target
- Strong client retention and account growth
Requirements
- BSc in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT solutions sales, or 5 years in solution-based sales
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Proven track record of strong sales performance
- Results-oriented and self-directed
Additional Requirements
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Available for occasional local and international travel
- Willingness to work outside normal hours when required
