ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Account Executive. The Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing individual account strategies to build customer retention and growth within assigned markets. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and prioritize existing customer account management, acting as a point of escalation for client resolution on issues.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to create outcomes and customer success ensuring customer challenges are resolved in a timely and professional manner and comply with agreed upon service level agreements.
  • Operate as the primary payment point of contact for customers, liaise with accounts receivables to manage customers payments and ensure their accounts are current.
  • Build and maintain portfolio of customers through active account management, and sales activities nurturing new opportunities and existing accounts with the goal to generate new business.
  • Develop account plans using a consultative sales approach to identify specific needs for each customer. 
  • Hold regular business update meetings with appropriate customer personnel to provide visibility and align to customer initiatives.
  •  Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system to allow for opportunity management and reporting.
  •  Close business to meet forecast commitments and sales quotas.
  • Build relationships proactively with all accounts, expanding the sphere of influence within the account base.
  • Become a trusted advisor, building & maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders in existing and new accounts to ensure their long-term success.
  • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, product management and technical service group.
  • Participate in creating proposals and RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends, competitors and current / new company products and services.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.


QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience (industry-specific experience preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Client focused, self-directed, and motivated
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (English) with proven ability to effectively engage with and present to senior level executives
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
  • Experience managing multiple accounts
  • Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
  • Good product and industry knowledge including market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Ability to conceptualize and build value propositions that deliver a compelling message to clients.
  • Ability to build credible and influential client relationships.
