The Customer Engagement Assistant supports the functions of Group Marketing and is responsible for assisting with key customer engagement and experience avenues across the LASCO Financial Services ecosystem.

The role comes with the responsibility to coordinate customer feedback and engagement activities both on and offline for all services under LASCO Financial Services Ltd. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, the role will support marketing-related initiatives for all brands, ensuring effective and timely implementation. This role will assist in ensuring online and offline brand positioning, through engagement including timely response to customer inquiries and feedback. These responsibilities further include creating and implementing online and offline promotions to help drive throughput via the digital spaces and LFSL ecosystem for the brands.
