1) Warehouse Coordinator
Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating deliveries to suppliers and managing the shipping and distribution of goods to customers or other locations, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and operational efficiency. Responsible for receiving and offloading all containers delivered to the yard. Manages the receipt of goods into a warehouse, ensuring efficient inbound logistics and accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- University student of Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related careers
- 1 year in similar functions (desirable)
- Knowledge of storage and inventory
- Teamwork
- Personnel Supervision
- Effective Communication
- MS Office (Word y Excel)System
- SAP, AS/400
- Customer Orientation
- Good documentation practices
2) Quality and Compliance Coordinator
Purpose:
Ensure compliance with the quality standards established in specific areas of the company to ensure their fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields student.
- Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015
- Internal Auditor BASC V.6-2022
- 1 year in similar functions
- Personnel direction and supervision
- Analytical skills

- Microsoft Office (intermediate)
