Position 1- Administrative Clerk
Purpose:
To provide general administrative and clerical support within the office, primarily through the reception, delivery, and handling of documents. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient document flow and supports internal departments such as Human Resources, Finance, and the Integrated Management System. Additionally, the Administrative Clerk assists in the management and distribution of essential logistics-related documents, including Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), and others.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents to internal and external stakeholders.
- Sign or obtain signatures on documents as required for processing.
- Manage the delivery and distribution of critical shipping documentation (e.g., BLs, AWBs).
- Provide administrative support with filing, scanning, and organizing documents for departments including HR, Finance, and the Integrated Management System.
- Maintain an orderly and up-to-date document control system in accordance with company standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to documentation requests from internal departments.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely handling of internal communications and procedures.
- Support other clerical tasks and administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Handle company records and sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Identify and report non-conformities in documentation processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Senior university student or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- At least 1 year in a similar role (preferred).

Position 2 - Executive Salesperson
Purpose:
To acquire and manage an assigned client portfolio to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the services offered to clients in your portfolio, ensuring service levels are met across all departments.
- Offer logistics services and advise clients according to their specific needs.
- Regularly visit assigned clients in alignment with defined goals.
- Prepare and submit weekly visit reports as required by management.
- Acquire and follow up with new clients to meet monthly sales targets.
- Monitor the coordination of shipments and keep clients informed about any significant updates.
- Maintain and develop relationships with assigned key accounts, identify additional business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective and existing clients, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with service providers to secure advantageous conditions for bids and projects. • Follow up on accounts receivable and collections.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the business network and promote the brand.
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Identify and report non-conformities to create improvement opportunities within the department.
Requirements:
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
Languages: Intermediate English
Experience: 7 years in sales
