The person in this position will consistently perform assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner and provide prompt, reliable and courteous service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hot beverage service each morning.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned pantry.

  • Serve clients and support meetings on the designated floor as required.

  • Collect and dispatch mail from the Mail Room to relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate statistics/logs of internal deliveries.

Requirements

  • Basic literacy and numeracy.

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Capacity to perform well under pressure.

  • Must be honest, helpful, courteous, meticulous, and flexible.
