The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will be primarily responsible for assisting and providing support to the Directors and the organization as a whole.
The successful candidate will be required to provide strategic support to Administration Department, maintain organizational climate which is conducive to change, team spirit, enthusiasm, co-operation and trust. Manage day to day activities of Administration Department.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Warehouse operations, ensuring the cost efficient utilization of space, equipment and personnel and ensuring that stock loss is minimized and that all documentation is timely and accurate.
The successful candidate is responsible for developing and implementing the trade marketing plan with the aim of maintaining market share and achieving profit targets for each trade channel and account.
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting economic and trade policy research and analysis; identify policy options; review developments in trade negotiations and disputes; prepare briefing materials, reports, correspondence; participate in State Agency meetings; conduct consultations.
This post holder is also required to act as an Accounting Officer for expenses incurred under the project in accordance with delegations and for the Ministry as well as function as the Secretariat for the Contract Performance
