Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and balancing all customer deposit transactions as per manifest assigned throughout the shift in accordance to the company’s policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.
The Operations Manager takes direction from their top executives, they must first understand the executive’s overall plan for the Company, then set specific goals the Branches to fit in with the plan. The Operations Manager is expected to develop, restructure and implement new strategies.
The primary focus of this position is to produce reports with reliable and meaningful statistics about the operation and performance of our contact centre. The Reporting Analyst will execute and maintain current processes for generating and distributing reports.
