JOB TITLE: B2B Sales
LOCATION: Port of Spain
DEPARTMENT: Membership/Marketing
POSITION LEVEL: 4
Develop and maintain a good balance between volume sales and our members and a create loyalty towards our business, by ensuring a good selection of merchandise and offering the best services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep members updated with changes in price,availability of merchandise and new products.
- Organize and facilitate lists of Purchases or requisitions, promote the sale of complete container (With Management approval)
- Follow up with declining members reflected in the Membership Top 300 Report”
- Be aware of current on hand inventory on the Top 10 items.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR FORMAL TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum two (2) years of university-based studies in Business Administration or similar areas. Or Certificate in sales training or a minimum of two (2) years in sales or account management role. (Degree Preferred)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar role, preferably in the retail environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
- Excellent math skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge in Windows operating system and AS400.
- Proficient in English and/or Spanish languages (verbal and written).
- Travel, as required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must have working vehicle.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fast learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
