About the Role
We are a well-established insurance brokerage serving clients across the Turks & Caicos Islands and the wider Caribbean region. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and develop a portfolio of property, casualty, and motor insurance accounts, delivering exceptional service to both commercial and personal lines clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of property, casualty, and motor insurance accounts for personal and commercial clients
- Prepare, negotiate, and present insurance proposals, renewals, and endorsements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and insurers
- Utilize insurance management software — including Epicassure — to process policies, claims, and client records accurately
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the brokerage’s growth targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance
- Demonstrated proficiency with insurance management software systems, particularly Epicassure
- Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, policy documentation, and claims processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Highly Preferred
- Specialization and/or demonstrated experience in property, casualty, and/or motor lines
- Certificate or professional qualification in insurance (CII, ACII, or equivalent)
- Specialization in insurance through formal study, designation, or focused practice area
Assets
- Caribbean regional experience
Legal Eligibility
- TCI Citizenship or Permanent Residency is preferred
- Eligibility to obtain a Turks & Caicos Islands work permit is required for non-residents
