Founder’s Projects & AI Coordinator

Main Purpose of the Role

The Founder’s Projects & AI Coordinator will work closely with the Founder/CEO to help turn ideas, discussions, voice notes, business improvement concepts, and operational needs into clear documents, policies, SOPs, staff updates, training materials, project trackers, templates, and implementation tools.

This person should be strong in writing, organization, follow-through, and comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting company documents, policies, SOPs, templates, and updates.
• Convert rough ideas, voice notes, and discussions into structured documents.
• Help prepare training materials and staff communication.
• Assist with Connecteam updates, internal notices, and implementation documents.
• Maintain project trackers and follow up on open tasks.
• Organize unfinished projects and help move them toward completion.
• Support the Founder/CEO with documentation and project coordination.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve speed, clarity, and quality of work.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with operations, HR, supervisors, and other team members as needed.
