Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers.
• Accurately process cash, debit, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and inquiries courteously.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist customers

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a cashier, customer service, retail, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience does not have to be within the restaurant industry.

Education & Skills

• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must possess basic numeracy skills and be comfortable handling cash transactions.
• Subjects in Mathematics, Accounts, or related areas are an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
