About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Global Recruitment Marketing Officer to spearhead Recruitment Marketing efforts for VXI in your assigned region. Reporting directly to the local Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be the driving force behind our candidate attraction and employer branding initiatives. You will also partner closely with the VXI Philippines Recruitment Marketing team, seamlessly collaborating with them to outsource and execute all creative requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Design, launch, and manage targeted digital recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier talent and expand VXI's local employer footprint.
- Strategies & Data Analysis: Develop data-driven marketing strategies. Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze recruitment metrics, and optimize funnels to ensure maximum ROI and candidate conversion.
- Content Marketing: Craft compelling narratives, localized messaging, and engaging content strategies that resonate with candidate personas and elevate the VXI employer brand.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with the VXI Philippines Recruitment Marketing team, providing clear direction and briefs to outsource all Creatives-related work effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Must have a solid 3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing Management.
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing ecosystems, strategic planning, campaign data analysis, and content marketing.
- Preferred Skills: Experience or a background in Creatives (design direction, multimedia, copywriting) is highly preferred, but not required.
Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment
