WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR NEEDED

 Sales driven organization seeking eligible candidates for full-time warehouse supervisor role.

 Duties Include:

• Oversees warehouse operations and participates where necessary
• Uses Computerized Database to assist in inventory control measures
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lb loads whenever needed
• Manages warehouse / delivery assistants
• Organize and lead warehouse training
• Follows standard Warehouse Operating Procedures
• Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures
• Supervises packaging, receiving, and shipping activities
• Completes packaging, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed
• Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory
• Orders new supplies and equipment
• Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments
• Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions
• Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures
• Makes sure the team adheres to safety measures
• Driving Standard Vehicles

 Requirements:

• Degree (business management, logistics, material management or a related field of study preferred)
• Computer literacy with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word; Sage 50 would be beneficial
• Police Report
• 3 References, with at least one from a previous place of work
• 3-5 years full-time experience
• Stamina, Dexterity and Physical Fitness
• Punctuality is a must
• Honest, Committed, Hard-working and Disciplined
• Quick Learner
• Ability to work under pressure and give attention to detail
• Strong Inter-Personal Skills
• Ability to drive standard (stick shift) vehicles
