TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, expanding our dealer network, and increasing market share while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive sales professional who can effectively analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and execute strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Main Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customers to increase sales volumes and market share.
- Prospect competitor accounts and develop strategies to convert opportunities into new business.
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and recommend solutions that support business growth.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities, events, and product awareness campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional initiatives and provide timely market intelligence.
- Conduct market surveys and identify opportunities to expand products and services into new sectors.
- Ensure customers receive timely deliveries through effective coordination with internal departments.
- Assist in the preparation, execution, and administration of customer contracts and agreements.
- Support collection efforts and maintain healthy customer account balances.
- Ensure customer information is accurately documented and maintained.
- Promote and support adherence to all safety standards and operational requirements.
- Prepare weekly sales plans, activity reports, and market analysis reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships within key sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, food service, retail, and commercial operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.
