A leading management consulting and technology solutions company serving organisations across Jamaica and the Caribbean is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business and Technology Manager to join its leadership team.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Business and Technology Manager will lead the successful implementation of strategy execution software solutions and related consulting services. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure rapid adoption, measurable value realisation, process optimisation, and long-term success.
The role also includes supervising implementation personnel, supporting business development activities, conducting executive software demonstrations, and helping organisations leverage technology, artificial intelligence, automation, dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow improvements to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Technology Implementation
- Lead software implementation, onboarding, and client adoption initiatives
- Develop and manage client success and value-realisation programmes
- Monitor implementation progress and proactively address risks
- Conduct client reviews and recommend continuous improvement strategies
- Support organisations in achieving measurable performance improvements
Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Assess organisational processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitisation
- Recommend and implement technology-enabled solutions
- Promote the use of AI, workflow automation, analytics, dashboards, and integrations
- Support clients in redesigning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Executive Advisory & Training
- Facilitate executive briefings, workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations
- Advise leadership teams on strategy execution, accountability, performance management, and technology adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives throughout the Caribbean
Business Development Support
- Conduct software demonstrations and discovery sessions
- Support proposal development and solution design
- Collaborate with business development teams to drive client acquisition and growth
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise implementation and support personnel
- Conduct performance appraisals and coaching sessions
- Develop work plans, performance targets, and development programmes
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and exceptional client service
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Strategic Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in software implementation, technology consulting, business transformation, project management, process improvement, strategy execution, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams
- Demonstrated success leading software demonstrations, training programmes, and implementation projects
