We are seeking a vibrant, poised and self-motivated individual suitable to join a robust sales team in Kingston.

Essential Qualification & Skills

• Training in Sales & Marketing / Customer service
• At least three (3) year’s work-related experience in sales
• Basic accounting background an asset
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Proficient in the use of Quickbooks
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to develop long term client relations

Duties include but not limited to:-

• Maintain existing client relationship portfolio 
• Prospecting, business development , sales forecasting and reporting
• Advise on product specifications and demonstrate usage to customers
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders and requisitions
• Keep abreast of inventory levels
• Conduct after sales follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at Expos and Trade shows
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints
• Monitor customer accounts in an effort to decrease account receivables  
• Carry out the clerical/administrative functions of the Department
• Any other duties assigned.
