The Mango Bay Group of Companies is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Group Finance Manager to join our finance leadership team. This candidate will play a crucial role as a senior member of the Group's financial team, reporting directly to the Group's Director of Finance. The role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and providing strategic support across the group's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Group Director of Finance with planning, forecasting, and business analysis for the group of companies.
• Review of monthly management reports for accuracy and assist with commentary for presentation to the Board of Directors.
• Review and authorisation of payments to external suppliers, statutory obligations, and other business partners.
  
• Assist the accounting leads where necessary by coordinating with the external auditors at the annual year-end audit.
  
• Complete and review other performance reports as required.
