As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. You will leverage your expertise to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute to achieving team and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a portfolio of clients and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market competition to deliver effective sales presentations and advise customers on best-fit solutions.
• Negotiation and Closing:Responsible for the sourcing and coordination of leisure Clients
• Data Management: Accurately track client interactions and sales activity in CRM software to ensure seamless follow-ups and performance monitoring.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to suggest adjustments to sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Previous experience in sales .
• knowledge of marketing resources such as CVENT.
• Has a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or related qualifications from a recognized tertiary institution
• 2 – 3 years practical experience in Hotels/Resorts.
• Experience in hotel group sales
