Commercial Strategy and Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with the Company’s growth targets. 
• Drive new business acquisition and increase revenue per customer.
• Develop pricing strategies that protect profit margins while maintaining market competitiveness.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Establish and monitor monthly sales activities targets against agreed initiatives for each customer account and sales representative.
• Plan and execute annual sales plans for each region to drive new business acquisition, and create deals, commission plans and other incentives to increase revenue.

Sales Pipeline and Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked from lead generation to closure.
• Partner with the General Manager for planning and forecasting and be a champion collaborator with peers to deliver seamless routes to market and competitive customer marketing.
• Prepare all sales or other reports reflecting sales activities.

Leadership, Growth & Development

• Ensure the implementation of training and development initiatives for sales representatives and merchandisers to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques as required. 
• Manage performance of team providing coaching and guidance as required to develop capabilities.
• Keep abreast of new product launches and other market activities and competitors.
• Establish partnerships/relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance as required recommending new business opportunities and service improvements.
• Ensure continuous training of sales and merchandising teams to enhance skills and abilities.
• Conduct monthly 1-1 meetings with team, completing quarterly KPI meetings and appraisal sessions.

Competitive Advantage

• Monitor activities of competitors and pricing of products and provide weekly business intelligence reports to remain abreast of industry trends.
• Partner with the general manager for planning and forecasting and be a champion collaborator with peers to deliver seamless routes to market and competitive customer marketing.
