Accounting and Administrative Supervisor - Remote Role

Overview: FarmLinkr is looking for a self driven and responsible Accounting and Administrative Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting and Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for the execution of office administration and accounting activities for the company on a day-to-day basis.

Skills:

● Ability to communicate effectively using both oral and written means.

● Ability to manage time, tasks and projects efficiently

● Ability to supervise, guide and train employees in your department

● Aptitude for creating systems and processes for increase in productivity

● Demonstrate a propensity for ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the execution of tasks. Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

● CXC in Accounting or other evidence of knowledge of double-entry accounting

● Atleast one year of experience in a supervisory or senior position

● Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is also required Responsibilities:

● Oversee all order processing and customer service activities

● Manage company schedules and design new schedules as needed

● Ensure timely vendor payments to all vendors

● Manage accounts receivables collections

● Recording transactions in the company’s accounting platform

● Creation of bank reconciliation schedules

● Process payroll and file payroll statutory deductions

● Perform employee evaluations and host training sessions

● Yearly review and creaton of Management Accounts
