Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, and body massages, in accordance with established standards.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend treatments and retail products tailored to guest needs.
• Ensure all treatment rooms and workstations are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Promote and support retail sales and spa services to meet established targets.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere for every guest.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certified in Esthetics (Aesthetics), with additional certification or training in Massage Therapy and Manicure/Pedicure services.
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably within a boutique or luxury setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
