Duties & Responsibilities

- Review sales work orders for accuracy and completeness

- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections.  Prepare and distribute collection letters on delinquent accounts.

- Reconcile statements and prepare documentation to support credit notes.

- Collect, receipt and prepare the deposit of all receivables collection from customers and sales managers

- Prepare and distribute collections reports in a timely manner.

- Handle all internal and external queries expeditiously.

- Ensure confidentiality is always maintained.

- Perform any other duties related to the job functions that may be assigned.

Qualification & Experience:

• Secondary level education with at least five (5) passes at the CSEC level along with a minimum of three (3) years working experience in receivables

• Completed a Bachelor’s level program
