Nations Choice Limited is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial performance, preparing reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping improve profitability across business operations.

Key Functions:
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Monitor company performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend efficiency improvements
- Support management with business planning and investment decisions
- Prepare profitability and cash flow reports
- Assist with internal controls and financial compliance
- Work closely with accounting and operational teams to improve financial performance
Minimum Requirement & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ACCA, CPA, CFA (or in progress) would be an asset
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
