JOB SUMMARY - 6 MONTH CONTRACT
The Systems and Process Analyst will support a short-term project focused on defining the customer journey through the documentation, review, and development of company process manuals. The role involves monitoring customer touchpoints, analyzing operational data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to support an enhanced customer experience.
MAIN JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document, update and implement company policies, procedures, systems and touchpoints.
- Establish company Standard Operational Procedures Handbook.
- Generate weekly reports and analyze trends.
- Continuously review all quality issues and update system accordingly.
- Identify and integrate Red Flag protocols in processes.
- Define and document customer interface standards.
- Assess and report on all customer satisfaction touch points.
QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Analytic and Detailed oriented
- Proven experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Microsoft suite proficient
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
