The Mango Bay Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Executive Governance & Operations Lead to oversee governance frameworks, streamline operational processes, and ensure organizational compliance with industry standards. This pivotal role will report directly to the Group Director of Risk, Compliance & Service Quality and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple senior leaders
- Act as Board Secretary for the Mango Bay Group and its Committees, as assigned.
- Design and maintain structured communication pathways between the Board, Executive, and operational teams.
- Lead the mapping and documentation of end-to-end governance, administrative, and executive support processes.
- Provide coordination and reporting support for Group-wide projects and initiatives, particularly within governance, risk, compliance, and service quality.
- Provide training and guidance on workplace issues to management and staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Governance, Management, Information Systems, or related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior executive operations, governance, board secretariat, or equivalent role.
- Proven experience in designing and improving operational and administrative systems.
- Project management training or certification is desirable.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills
