Key Responsibilities
Operational Performance Improvement
- Analyze restaurant performance across key metrics including brand standards, shift management, speed of service and guest satisfaction
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve underperforming restaurants.
- Partner with Operation Director, Operation Managers, Training Team, District Managers and Restaurant Managers to drive measurable performance improvements.
- Ensure the training of all members of the Operational Structure (Operations Managers, District Managers, Restaurant Manager and the remaining members of the Management Team.
Operational Standards and Execution
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, operational procedures, and service excellence across all restaurants.
- Conduct operational audits, field visits, and performance reviews.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement standardized solutions.
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
- Develop and implement tools, processes, and systems to improve restaurant performance and operational efficiency
- Simplify operational processes to improve execution and reduce complexity.
Field Support and Coaching
- Provide operational coaching and guidance to all the Operational Structure
- Support the rollout of new operational initiatives, procedures, and brand programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on operational best practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop performance dashboards and reports to track operational performance.
- Present performance reviews and operational insights to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Training, HR teams to align on performance initiatives.
- Support new restaurant openings, operational transitions, and major operational projects.
Qualifications and Experience
Required
- 10+ years of experience in QSR or multi-unit restaurant operations
- Experience working with multi-unit restaurant teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to improve operational performance
- Strong leadership and influencing skills without direct authority
Preferred
- Experience with global QSR brands
- Experience in franchise or multi-country environments
- Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives
