Berger Paints Jamaica Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced professional to join its team in the position of Technical Sales Supervisor – Auto/PMC Refinish based in Kingston.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales and marketing professional with strong leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, and a passion for driving business growth within the automotive refinish and coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly sales and marketing plans
• Drive the achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and strategic business objectives
• Manage strategic route-to-market initiatives and key Auto/PMC Refinish accounts
• Protect and strengthen the Automotive Refinish brand within target market segments
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support local and export market growth
• Coordinate promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Work closely with Operations, Export, Technical, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to maintain inventory levels, product quality, and service delivery
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business planning and evaluation
• Supervise Sales Representatives and Technical personnel while supporting effective execution of sales strategies
• Coordinate Auto/PMC Refinish training seminars and departmental activities
• Establish performance standards, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance assessments for team members
• Promote workplace safety and compliance with company and group policies

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Marketing, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of academic qualifications and relevant experience
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a management and marketing environment
• Exposure to the automotive refinish coatings industry would be an asset
