Summary of Responsibilities:
- Master our sales process (lead to delivery) and hit monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
- Identify new opportunities for AB Boats, scooters, bikes, and land/marine products.
- Respond to online queries, funnel leads to territory reps, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Track stock levels, maintain PSI reports, manage warehousing, and place replenishment orders (with MD approval).
- Develop product training materials and sales tools for dealerships.
- Update website content, manage social media, and help create a marketing calendar.
- Use the dealer management system to track orders, intercompany sales, contracts, and pipelines. Provide regular performance reports to the directors.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven B2B sales experience (marine, powersports, automotive, or hospitality a plus).
- Strong organizational skills – you love accurate records, spreadsheets, and processes.
- The ability to work independently and with managers across multiple territories.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory reporting.
