The qualified candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) reviewing the lease documentation packet, data entry of lease documentation packages in our database, scanning/indexing documents Qualified candidates must be energetic, detailed oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently in a team setting.
Essential Functions
§ Documentation review of submitted funding packets (i.e. internal documentation, contract, vendor invoices, etc.)
§ Responsible for documentation and package follow up with Account Executives to ensure funding completion before internal vendor payment deadline
§ Package funding file and authorize 3rd party vendor payment
§ Preparation and data entry of lease contracts and related documentation utilizing Marlin’s contract system interface – Infolease, SalesForce and Aspire
§ Filing and electronic scanning of lease documentation packages and related material
§ Communicate in multiple mediums within the organization
§ Comply with audit and procedural requirements
Qualifications
§ High School Diploma and/or 4 years of equivalent business-related work experience
§ Leasing experience preferred but not required
§ Excellent PC and computer literacy skills
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Personable and outgoing personality
§ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadline
