Security Personnel & Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and hardworking individual to join our team as a combined Security Personnel & Maintenance Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and well-organized environment while assisting with general upkeep and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure the premises during assigned shifts
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Ensure company rules and procedures are followed
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility and surroundings
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of equipment/facilities
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, workout/floor areas, and common spaces
• Assist with opening and closing procedures when required
• Support management with operational tasks as needed
• Provide professional and respectful assistance to members/customers and staff

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Honest, respectful, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic maintenance/handyman skills are an asset
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and cleaning
• Previous security or maintenance experience is an advantage
