This position Supervises Housekeeping and Public Areas to ensure that guest rooms and common areas are delivered in accordance with established standards to achieve the Guest's satisfaction and comfort.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with defining the strategy to ensure compliance with the KPIs established for the department
- Proactively make suggestions to the Executive Housekeeper to improve guest satisfaction.
- Assist with developing schedules, planning vacation, absences and leaves based on occupancy and operational requirements.
- Ensure the supply, correct use, surveillance, and conservation of the department's operational and personal protective equipment.
- Manage the administration and operation of the Housekeeping and Public Areas departments to ensure that the cleaning, hygiene, presentation, supplies and amenities of rooms, public areas and service areas meet the highest level of quality, in accordance with the standards established by the company.
- Ensure the inspection of the rooms, ensuring that they are in optimal conditions of cleanliness and maintenance, so that the standards of services and satisfaction to the Guest are met and detect needs and establish programs of cyclical deep cleaning, rehabilitation, redecoration, improvements, etc.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
