Senior Manager, HR Systems
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, usage and storage of team-member and other HR information
Duties of the position include the following:
- Contributing to the development of the HR department’s strategic plan and budget
- Leading the development of standard operating procedures for HR Systems
- Analysing, reporting and presenting on HR Systems
- Acting as the technical resource person for HR information systems by leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of all users across the group
- Ensuring HR data integrity and accuracy are maintained by performing audits and managing the processes for team members' data entry
- Designing and executing training of new processes/functionality for all users across the group
- Conducting impact assessments of proposed changes on the operational environment of relevant applications regarding data management and information retrieval
- Acting as the primary contact for issuing system notifications to the group
- Providing project oversight when changes to the HR Information Systems are being implemented
- Serving as a liaison between the HR teams on resort and the Information Technology department to provide system support and analysis as well as to coordinate system-related changes and drive the rollout activities
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Certification in Project Management or Human Resources Management is an asset
- Prior experience with Oracle software is preferred and will be considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in Human Resources Management systems
- Solid understanding of data security principles
- Extensive experience with HR Information System (HRIS) applications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
