The successful candidate will be responsible for content creation, scheduling, and overall management of social media platforms, as well as maintaining the company’s websites and product catalogue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
• Maintain and update company websites and product catalogues
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide performance reports
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong content creation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of website management and digital tools
• Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines

OPERATIONS CLERK

The Operations Clerk will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• File invoices, receipts, and related documents accurately
• Assist with sales order processing and cashier duties
• Answer calls and assist customers professionally
• Provide front desk relief support when necessary
• Assist with delivery coordination and product catalog maintenance

• Strong organizational and filing skills
• Basic cashiering and computer skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

WAREHOUSE ATTENDANT / DELIVERY ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack delivery orders accurately
• Load and unload goods and containers safely
• Organize warehouse stock and maintain cleanliness
• Assist drivers with deliveries and unloading goods
• Ensure goods are properly secured during transportation
• Support inventory and warehouse operations as needed

Skills & Competencies:

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is an asset
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of inventory handling procedures
• Minimum of three (3) CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, or equivalent qualification

RETAIL STORE CLERK

The Retail Store Clerk is responsible for supporting daily retail operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain organized shelves and product displays
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail environment

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic computer literacy and cash-handling skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities

DRIVER

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles (IZUZU Trucks/HIACE Buses) for deliveries
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Load and unload goods as required
• Complete and submit delivery documentation
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report issues

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 1 year experience operating commercial vehicles
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent driving record
• Minimum of three (3) CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, or equivalent qualification

STEWARD (SAGO PALM HOTEL)

The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the kitchen and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
• Maintain clean kitchen and service areas at all times
• Support kitchen and dining operations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Remove garbage and maintain proper storage of equipment

Skills & Competencies:

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced physical environment
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
