Sales & Client Engagement Officer

The Sales & Client Engagement Officer is responsible for driving enrolment in training programmes through proactive client engagement and full-cycle sales execution—from lead generation and outreach to proposal development and closing. This role is target-driven and requires a results-oriented approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments
• Conduct telesales, outreach, and client engagement activities to generate new business
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across individual, corporate, and government sectors
• Prepare and submit tailored proposals to prospective clients  
• Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline and accurate client records
• Engage clients to assess training needs and recommend appropriate programmes
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support programme delivery
• Achieve assigned sales and performance metrics  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales or client-facing roles
• Proven ability to engage clients, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Possession of a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
