Solution Sales Manager – Trinidad & Tobago
Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expert pre-sales support, serving as a trusted
technical advisor to customers.
Present and demonstrate company technologies and solutions to prospective customers, clearly
articulating the business value of Huawei products and services.
Represent Organization in industry-leading trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars, focusing on
areas such as telecommunications, IT and cloud.
Work directly with customers to understand their specific requirements, and collaborate with
technical teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Assess customer’s existing technical infrastructure, to evaluate both current and future
requirements, and engage with the appropriate solutions that provide significant technical
value.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and channel partners from a technical
perspective. Responsibilities include facilitating technical training, solution design, providing
quotations, and supporting joint marketing events,
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. A
master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Telecommunications) is a plus.
Experience and Competencies:
2+ years of sales experience in a management role within the telecommunications industry
(Preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in managing complex partner relationships and executing joint sales strategies.
Ability to mentor direct sales reps in benefits of collaboration while providing best practices.
Must understand complex sales process, build consensus and be adept at developing
sponsorship to drive sales and technical certification results at multiple levels.
Ability to set priorities, focus on details and motivate internal and external teams to deliver
agreed upon goals.
Ability to lead teams and projects through influence rather than direction.
Stand out communications skills and high energy
Travel required to visit partners, attend industry events, or attend internal meetings.
Flexible work hours may be required to support international partners or regional teams.
