Working collaboratively with our client, Profiles Caribbean Inc. is seeking to recruit a competent and effective Sales Representative.
Role Summary
The Sales Representative is required to use knowledge of company products and services to recruit and connect with existing customers in order to generate sales.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills.
- Must have a good command of the English Language (both orally and written).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and establish good working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Ability to complete tasks and projects on time and to a high standard with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good Time and quality management skills.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to demonstrate high levels of integrity, diplomacy and discretion.
- Good organisational skills, highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail.
Training, education and personal qualities required:
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent majoring in Marketing or Sales.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in a similar or related field.

- Able to accept training and constructive criticism and assertive enough to express own needs.
