The Role
In this full-time leadership position, you will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians dedicated to the maintenance and support of critical financial self-service hardware, proofing systems, and retail technology. Your primary goal is to ensure maximum equipment uptime while meeting rigorous Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to a team of field service technicians, including scheduling, route optimization, and performance reviews.
- Service Excellence: Monitor technician productivity and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Incident Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority incidents, coordinating swift resolutions and service recovery.
- Quality & Training: Develop ongoing training programs and conduct field audits to maintain consistent service standards.
Logistics & Reporting: Oversee parts inventory and utilize data analytics to produce regular reports on system availability and operational efficiency.
