Responsibilities and Duties

• Reviewing, preparing, and routing orders.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availability and requirements
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely manner when required.
• Communicate with distributors, retailers etc. to achieve mutual satisfaction
• Monitors activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to ensure established deadlines are met.
• Prepare accurate reports as requested by management.
• Performs any other related duties assigned.

Education/Training & Experience

• Associate degree in business administration, logistics & supply chain management or related field. 
• 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems would be an asset.
