Administrative Assistant – Premium Events Venue
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the operations of a premium events venue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
📞 Client Communication & Scheduling
- Answer and manage incoming calls and inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the booking process
📋 Event Coordination Support
- Liaise with clients to prepare and deliver quotations
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability
- Assist in coordinating event requirements to ensure smooth execution
📊 Administrative & Financial Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of company income and expenses
- Prepare organized financial summaries for presentation to Directors
- Ensure all documentation is properly recorded and accessible
📣 Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and contribute to social media platforms
- Develop content and initiatives to increase bookings and engagement
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns for events and promotions
💡 Strong social media and marketing experience is essential for this role.
🚀 Business Development Support
- Propose creative ideas and initiatives to boost bookings
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media marketing (required)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting or financial tracking experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Location Requirement
