Duties and Responsibilities:

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

At least five (5) O’Level passes including Math and English Language.
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or Food and Beverage Management from an accredited institution is an asset.
At least five (5) years progressive experience in the hospitality industry with at least three (3) years in a in a supervisory capacity.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Food Badge
Formal training in HACCP procedures, sanitation and hygiene
