Marketing & Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating sales, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Promote and sell the company’s products/services to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations in a timely manner.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and client visits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the Jamaican market and customer environment is an advantage.

Education & Experience

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in Social Media Marketing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.
• Experience meeting sales targets will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Jamaican Driver’s Licence and access to reliable transportation would be an asset.
