Senior HR Officer (GMG/SEG1) – Benefits & Administration
Annual Salary: $3,501,526
The Officer will leads HR operations relating to benefits administration and workforce
management, ensuring compliance with GOJ regulations and effective service delivery across the
institution
Key Responsibilities
· Manage recruitment and selection processes end-to-end
· Develop recruitment strategies and workforce plans
· Oversee benefits administration and employee services
· Maintain staff records and HR databases
· Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations
· Provide HR advisory services based on policy
· Coordinate HR meetings, training, and orientation
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Public/Business Administration OR Associate Degree + 4 years HR experience
· Minimum 2–4 years relevant HR experience
Administrative Assistant – GMG/AM3
Annual Salary: $2,190,000
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, clerical, and records management support to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the HR Unit, with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the Director
· Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and prepare agendas/minutes
· Draft, process, and dispatch correspondence and reports
· Maintain HR files, databases, and records systems (manual & electronic)
· Track leave and attendance records
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
· Diploma in Management/Public Administration
· 1 year experience
· Strong MS Office, organization & communication skills
