Job Title: Commercial Executive

2 – OBJECTIVE: |
The Commercial Executive plays a key role in driving the company’s commercial strategy by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing revenue streams by effectively scheduling and conducting client visits. The Commercial Executive will work closely with the commercial and pricing teams to achieve business goals. |
3 - AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Commercial Executive is responsible for:

- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Achieve sales targets set to contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
- Client visits and appointment scheduling.
- Engaging with local clients and Freight Forwarders, providing expert advice on shipping services.
- Sales reports and documentation.
- Assisting with tariff updates and notifications to customers.
- Suggesting improvements to the operation and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Address customer queries and service issues with the view to quick, amicable resolution.
- Consistently update customer data base.
- Report feedback from commercial visits to the Corporate Commercial Customer Service for follow up.
- Requesting feedback from their manager or supervisor.
- Any other duty/task assigned to them.

7 – Job Profile: Requirements for the Position |
Education: BSC in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (and/or equivalent experience). Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales or account management. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel Language: English & Spanish (preferably) Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions. Relationship building: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and foster long-term relationships with clients. |
