Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. The role holder will manage marketing activities for assigned brands, support the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives, and work closely with internal departments, cross-functional teams, external agencies, contractors, and business partners.
The position requires a creative, organized, and proactive individual with strong marketing, communication, project coordination, social media, and analytical skills. The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, campaign performance, sales support, and the effective delivery of high-quality marketing activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Health, Safety, Security and Environment
- Ensure all HSSE guidelines, policies, and procedures are followed.

Marketing and Brand Support
- Collaborate with Managers, Directors, and cross-functional teams to develop fresh ideas and innovative approaches to digital and traditional marketing.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage marketing activities and requirements for assigned brands.
- Assist in developing and implementing local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Ensure marketing materials are relevant, current, properly distributed, and aligned with brand standards.
- Design, coordinate, and manage digital content, social media content, newsletters, presentations, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s mission, brand identity, and communication standards.
- Support the preparation, management, and updating of presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Marketing, CRM and Campaign Tracking
- Utilize CRM systems and customer data to support customer engagement, retention strategies, lead generation, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Assist with the implementation of tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour.
- Track marketing campaigns, digital engagement, and sales data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and recommend tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, including AI-driven and automation tools.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, marketing automation, and content development tools.
Stakeholder, Agency and Event Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, external agencies, contractors, vendors, and other business partners.
- Oversee contractor and agency work to ensure quality, compliance, creativity, value for money, and proper execution of marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to create marketing and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate and promote special events, open houses, workshops, activations, and other promotional initiatives to attract potential clients.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
Market and Industry Awareness
- Stay up to date with local and international marketing trends.
- Stay informed on developments within the local and international automotive industry.
- Monitor competitor activity, campaign trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve campaign planning, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of four years’ professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of marketing tracking mechanisms and campaign reporting.
- Strong organizational, project management, and timeline management skills.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation development skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, digital content, promotional materials, and brand activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a major brand, automotive dealership, or within marketing/advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement strategies.
- Creative, social media savvy, and passionate about staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and marketing channels effectively.
- Experience using CRM platforms, analytics tools, automation tools, or AI-driven marketing solutions would be an asset.

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, campaign execution, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
- Ability to coordinate traditional and digital marketing activities, including social media, newsletters, promotional materials, events, and community outreach.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, customer data, campaign tracking, digital platforms, analytics, automation tools, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation development, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, time management, multitasking, and deadline management abilities.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing and sales data, interpret customer behaviour, and recommend improvements.
