DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide guidance to internal staff on electrical, plumbing and general maintenance procedures to ensure issues are addressed safely and effectively when they arise.
•Executes maintenance and repair tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, ensuring completion within stipulated timelines.
•Assist in sourcing electrical, plumbing and general maintenance parts at the most cost-effective rates by conducting price comparisons across approved suppliers.
•Ensure all company tools and materials are properly secured, well maintained and kept in excellent working conditions.
•Conduct inspections of equipment across all company locations and submit reports outlining findings and recommendations to extend the lifespan of company assets.
•Support the Maintenance Supervisor in the preparation and completion of both visual and written Facility Audit Reports for all facilities assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
•Minimum 3-5 O’ Level subjects
•Certification from a recognized institution in a relevant field. (Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry)
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•Two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
•Possesses basic computer literacy skills required for routine reporting.
•Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Technical competence in the areas of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
