The Senior Quality Control Tech is responsible for routine quality assurance and control initiatives that support the Production Teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently.

Operating Hours: 7am to 4pm
Salary Range: $7,500 to $8,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversees and maintain food safety and quality management systems, including:
- Evaluation and management of product non conformances
- Product traceability and controls for non-conforming materials
- Equipment calibration and certification schedules
- HACCP inspections, GMP protocols, and cleaning/sanitation monitoring
- Food safety plan validation and training
- Supply chain, chemical, pest control, water/air quality, and waste management oversight
- Maintain accurate quality records and ensure timely reporting
- Maintain accurate quality records and ensure timely reporting of deviations or risks.
- Involved in investigations and make suggestions for corrective actions for production non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Conduct internal and external audits, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to maintain a culture of quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- BSc. in Chemistry, Food Science and/or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Food Manufacturing or Food Service.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP in the food industry.
- General knowledge of quality management principles and research methodology.
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
